    The Influence of Puncture Instrument Blade Design on Surgical Target Position

    Minimally invasive puncture surgery can reach deeper parts of the patient's tissues with minimal local trauma, enabling targeted treatment plans. The combined use of minimally invasive puncture instruments has also been widely used in various minimally invasive surgeries.     Three-sided bevelled puncture blade design: The modified blade surface is also known as the injection needle blade. This blade surface is suitable for injection puncture and superficial skin tissue puncture. As the one-sided bevel blade has a greater force influence, it is not recommended to choose this type when designing larger diameter puncture instruments or instruments that puncture too deep. It is easy for the guiding force to deviate during puncture, resulting in an incorrect puncture target position. However, for smaller diameter instruments, puncture tilt has less influence.

    The design of two puncture blades with a slanted front and back: Compared to the previous blade, this blade has a certain improvement in puncture force and aiming force. However, it is still not recommended for larger diameter puncture instruments. The larger the diameter, the more likely it is that this structure will cause the guiding force to deviate during the puncture procedure, resulting in errors in the puncture target position.

    Concentric triangular puncture blade design: This blade is superior to the previous two in deep tissue puncture applications. Its puncture targeting accuracy and continuous smoothness are unanimously favoured by the majority of designers. This structure has been widely used in tumour ablation and minimally invasive orthopaedics.
